1. What LumiPaw is

LumiPaw ("Gentle focus companion for busy minds") is a local-first, ADHD-friendly focus timer with companion pets, focus audio, micro-task breakdown and gentle self-review. It is a wellness aid, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt it.
• Keep your own backup files safe if you export them; we cannot recover data you lose.
• Focus audio is for personal use; observe local volume and hearing-safety guidance.

3. Purchases

The current version marks Pro status locally for preview purposes only. When real in-app purchases ship, Apple App Store / Google Play terms will apply to those transactions.

4. Availability & changes

We may update or discontinue features as the app evolves. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the in-app copy of this document.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost data, missed goals or any indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
